Mark Grenoble oversees all Operations related activities. This includes Planning, Underwriting, Project Management, Strategic Financial Planning and Asset Management. Mark sits on the Company’s Executive Committee as well as the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mark joined 360 (Dundee 360/360 VOX) in 2013 as COO with responsibility for overall Corporate Operations including 360 Developments, 360 AMI (Asset Management), Blueprint Global, 360’s Hospitality Group (Enchantment Resorts) and Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. Mark also sat on the Corporate Investment Committee and the Sotheby’s International Realty Canada Board of Directors.

Mark was the Founder and President of Enchantment Group, a globally recognized brand in the luxury resort management sector that operates luxury resorts, destination spas, independent hotels and residential resort developments, including the award-winning Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa in Arizona, The Cove Eleuthera, Bahamas, The Tides in Virginia and Seven Canyons in Sedona.

Prior to Enchantment, Mark served as Vice-President and General Manager of a major real estate development and management company with  an extensive Mixed-use U.S. Real Estate portfolio. Mark held senior management positions with Omni Hotels, Americana Hotels and managed properties in New York, Hawaii and California.

Mark has a degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. Mark is the Chairman of the Resort Committee of the AH&LA.
