Léa Ancarani joins 360 with 15 years of diversified experience in Real Estate, including Master Planning within public-private partnerships and significant experience in financial analysis for European and Canadian companies that own, manage, and develop real estate.

Most recently, she worked as senior financial analyst at one of the leading Canadian Senior Housing Firms, where she oversaw investor relations and led the analyst pool. Previously, she was the financial analyst, real estate development for Loblaws, the largest Grocery chain in Canada. She began her career in Canada with CBRE.

As Director, Real Estate Group, Ms. Ancarani is responsible for investor relations, governance oversight, reporting to stakeholders, internal processes and the analysis of project returns. She supports 360’s professional teams through process management and the management of business intelligence related data.

Lea holds a Masters Degree from Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières de Paris (ESPI – Paris) in Real Estate Planning and Development and a Specialized Masters in Asset Management and Facilities Management from the École des Travaux Publics de Paris (ESTP-Paris).
