Christina brings over 15 years of global Real Estate and Infrastructure experience to 360. Christina leads the Corporate Underwriting Team with primary oversight for 360’s projects under development. Her capabilities in engineering combined with her expertise in real estate finance, development, construction and operations are vital in the preparation and interpretation of economic analyses and the precise co-ordination of project development, restructuring and repositioning mandates.

Christina’s disciplined approach to financial modelling provides for effective Risk Management in balance with achievable project economics. Her diverse base of experience includes: Large-scale Community/Town Center Planning & Development, Resort and Recreational Developments and Urban Mixed-use Projects. Prior to joining 360, Christina held Senior Analytics and Underwriting positions with Dundee 360 Real Estate Corporation, 360VOX and Intrawest Corporation.

Christina graduated as a Dean’s Scholar from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Civil Engineering Degree. She subsequently earned her MBA from the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business.
